Eva was born on March 5th, 1919. Eva's father was Michael Powers and her mother was Ina Olivia Staley. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Powers and Caroline Garrison; her maternal grandfather was Alexander Staley. She had four brothers and five sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Robert, Harry, Ralph, Walter, Myrtle, Dorothy, Marion, Doris, Leona, Baby and Baby. She died at the age of 56 on November 17th, 1975.
