John Courter

John was born in 1743. John's father was Johnnis Coerten and his mother was Tryntie Smith (Coerten). His paternal grandparents were Jan Cooerten and Marytie Arianse (Cooerten). He had two brothers named Elias and Peter. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother named Joseph.
